A good alternative if you don’t feel like grinding is the Axial Lacuna from The Final Shape. Craftable and also comes with Reconstruction & Controlled Burst.

For anyone curious - reservoir burst only works on the top first shot of a full BASE magazine. However it also applies to any shots overflowed ABOVE that too. That’s why reconstruction (and other overflow perks) is so good with reservoir burst. 20% damage buff for the first 7 shots if your mag doubles to 14.

So, god role Reconstruction with Reseviour Burst and a Charge masterwork?

Reconstruction/Control Burst. Oh the roll thats also on the Last Wish fusion... that's craftable. Not worth my time

The raid fusion from garden is better due to the fact that rapid fire fusions are the highest dps in the game, and precision frames (plug one.1) are the lowest dps fusions in the game

Reconstruction + Reservoir Burst is the superior roll. You can get close to 7 shots that on kill will make explosions, further aggravated if you hit an arc shielded enemy for a chain reaction that gives destabilizing rounds an arc run for its void money.

Why get a reco/control burst when you can craft the rapid fire one from season of the wish with the same perks and dip into strand synergy?

For consistency at least for PvP I'd recommend underpressure and closing time. Lone wolf is still good but UP and CT both activate and de activate at the same time.
