ОтветитьDone carnivore for a month and realised how unhealthy I’ve been living eating a modern western diet. Everything he said in the video is so true you feel super healthy, lots of energy, mental clarity, sleep better and most importantly in my case started getting hard ons of a morning again I’m 28 so shouldn’t be a problem in the first place. Couldn’t do one push up before I started the diet and can now do sets of ten after a month. If your struggling health wise take the man’s advice be the best decision you ever made.

ОтветитьOkay today is day 2 yes I know only 2 days but I don't feel hungry nor do I feel lethargic.
I know it takes 21 days to make or break a habit so let's see how the next 19 days go.
Doing meal prep with all the above. I even made ranch dressing with no milk for a snack with veggies
