Im exmilitary... anyone that walks around with a fully automatic to defend themselves is a fool. Autos use too much ammo forvperson use. With the new second amendment decisions, activist judges are being forced to rule in favor of the constitution, however, two tactics they are using is to 1. Make the opinion very weak so it can be easily challenged later 2. Force en banc panel by refusing to submit a dissenting opinion. Why does it seem like our system doesn’t have a good way to hold judges accountable? We have so many rogue socialist judges today its difficult to keep up.

I NEED LEGAL HELP!... I have had my 2nd Amendment rights removed, even though I have never committed a crime or had any interaction with law enforcement! Local law enforcement made a decision based on false claims and refuse to look at the evidence, my attorney has failed to make a single action and it's almost been 2 years. Everyone is ignoring me... my attorney will not even return my correspondence. I don't know what to do. I'm a veteran with an absolutely spotless record, I do not use drugs, I'm not even on medication of any kind!

An AR fitted with a selector switch for 1 round, 3 round burst, or full auto Is Not Dangerous If Used As Designed. 1 round for normal operation. Full auto for taking on a murderous gang. There is a low likelihood of a civilian getting injured if used appropriately.

This is a trap by a well known anti-gun judge who doesn't belive in the 2nd Amendment at all. His goal being that this goes to SCOTUS where it gets struck down nd hoping there's some sloppy language in the SCOTUS ruling that helps anti-cunners further restruct other gun rights.

There's absolutely no way anyone, outside of perhaps Thomas on the SCOTUS will rule machine guns are legal. And a ruling there, creates dangerous case law and precident which can be used to go against gun rights. The more you say, the more workds there are to twist and use against you.
