I enjoyed the video! I thought it was pretty interesting to learn certain details on the newer and older versions of kamino. Back then, I didn’t know that the original battlefront 2 had a lot of cut content but as I learned more it’s pretty interesting. Great video btw!

The BF2 2017 41st Elite Corps looks nothing like ROTS 41st Elite Corps.

The Space Kamino mission was cut due to being too similar to Space Yavin.

Do a cloud city comparison. That would be a good video. While in the reboot it looks really nice, it saddens me they don’t have the carbon freezing chamber from the original game.

Never understood why the clones only used camouflage a hand full of times.

Kamino is definitely a planet I had mixed feelings gameplay wise in the OG BFs, but I do agree that it can be fun and the many references in all three versions are amazing to see.

You forgot the best Part - There is a Hidden Holocron from the Campaign that you can find on Kamino

Interesting information here, definitely highlighted some key interesting points, however can you please structure the video into more coherent chunks or pause after talking about a topic? It feels quite jarring to jump from one game to the next with the only segue being the word “and” - it would be a lot more fluid if you paused and naturally transitioned between points. However, I love the passion you’ve clearly got for this franchise and you’ve clearly done a lot of research and reading into the development of the series

FunFact: the Battlefront 2 Phase 1 Clone commander was cut because of a bug the devs couldn’t fix. The big was a spelling error in the “rep.req” text file in “rep.lvl” a similar spelling error broke Ki-adi-Mundi’s voice effects.

It's funny how original battlefronts take inspiration from Clone Wars 2003 while new battlefronts take inspirstion from The Clone Wars 2008.

One of my favorite locations in Battlefront games.

The story mode was made during the last phases of development. So the cutscenes showing phase 1 clones instead only for Jet and Arc as the only units, might have been made afterwards.

I can see why they change to it to the final version. As they likely thought players would be too confused in the heat of combat to notice the difference between Phase 1 clone n a Stormtrooper.

So, they closed units units that had colors that don’t show up in Empire classes.

You should totally do videos on every planet in the Battlefront series. It’d be fun to see how Hoth evolved from BF1 2004 to BF2 2017, compared to Jakku in 2015 to Jakku in 2017, and even discuss maps that only appeared in one game like Mustafar.

The reloading their lightsabers bit is funny as hell

Fun little fact : did you know that in empire at war remake mod, they recently added a playable faction for a sub mod called the republic hold out faction. Basically the newly elected queen that broke off diplomatic ties and began exploring military options from bf2 story, somehow survived in this hold out faction not only that but the clone rebellion won on kamino . They basically took two missions from bf 2 and placed them in some what if universe. Mind still blown

oh shit you already did spot the Kamino gonk droid. I must have missed this the first watch through. I've got plenty more dumb ones, try laying down behind the ammo droid at TaunTaun base on Hoth in swbf(2004). You can also still get through the patched Cantina wall-glitch by standing in the gap between the bench and the wall of the bench closest to exit for the Hangar. If you put a speeder bike in the right spot inside of the Sand Crawler on Dune Sea, you can pop right through the wall and stand inside the crawler on its tracks.

Hmm what are some others... Lay down in the bend on the tunnel on Jabba, Lay down in the "window" next to Jabba himself (jetpack needed for these); on Mos Eisley you can lay down in the doorway for the building attached to Warehouse and get through the wall with access to the ammo droid and capping. There's lots of spots that droidekas don't like when you go from ball mode to standing, like standing next to the ammo/health droid at Gate. Or the horizontal neon bars in the center of the main hallway on Cloud City (go into a corner). Expect to die a lot.

There's a couple sussy ones on PC that I haven't gotten to work reliably, like getting inside some of the fuel containers?? on Platforms.
