FYI your house doesn’t need to be in the feeding or water circle. I would recommend that you spread out your farm. I would recommend that your fence should go out 1 length from the corner of the barn. Then make it from that point. Make sure the pigs have enough space cause sometimes they can get stuck in the corner and die.

Sorry, I'm less than 2 minutes in and all I can think about is whether you are travelling in a car or an aircraft! I swear you are airborne more often than having 1 wheel on the ground much less 4 and even then you could just be sliding along on your side! get out of truck you can hear the bees buzzing easier,owny a cat is useless,buy a dog instead,dog can fetch you items around the ranch and the dog can protect while hunting warn off critters smaller critters all except the bear the dog can revive you if your near death..by licking you LOL

The Gold Bar refreshes every time you restart the game! Saplings act like logs and can be cut on the saw. You get one to 3 saplings every time you cut a tree that you grew down! If you build a grain silo and a windmill, it will auto fill water and food troughs in the vicinity!

There is a better chicken coop on the last page. It's way better imp. You can cook sausage and hang meat in your house fyi. Great video, coming along nicely

There are a bunch of potential spots for oil that you don't have to own the property to put an oil well on. Only two will ever spawn of those potential spots. There might be one down around the bridge. Mine are along the road your ranch is on. One is on the right side of the road at the t junction of the bridge road. Kinda across from the ghost town thingy. The other one is left off the t junction . If you go along the map wall towards the green spot of the map,it will be in a valley /hole type area. Each map is different, so yours might be in the other areas if you don't find them there. There are two or three other areas, but I don't remember where. There will be two next to each other that are attached to farms and the last one you found as well. Also, you can only have 100 trees at a time planted. It did glitch on me once. I think that was because of a patch though.

What it seams to me is that the oil spots are random locations. On the expensive lot on my map it has two and one on the second expensive lot in the center of the map.
