You have a pleasant voice. love the way you tell AND show as you go along. Thank you. I sat through 3 baby blankets, and your speed was perfect for me.
ОтветитьI agree with others, using the needle to point out stitches is great. I have been looking for an easy repeat for a baby blanket. This will be fantastic. and easy to turn without tassels. Thank you so much!!!❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьHi Christa! I absolutely love this pattern! Its very cool and fun to do and you can make so many items using this pattern! You are a great teacher, I love how you show us exactly where to put our stitches. Thank you for sharing this with us!
ОтветитьThis is a gorgeous pattern. I’m making a baby blanket with it now, in a lovely buttery colour and minus the tassels, just lovely😍
ОтветитьThat's the first time I've ever seen anyone chain into the bottom chains?? Never done it that way before
ОтветитьLooks interesting! Why are you using the bottom loop?
ОтветитьI have never seen a teacher explain everything so clearly! I’ve had trouble with wonky sides because I wasn’t sure where to stitch. Thank you for such a great tutorial!
ОтветитьHi my name is Amy just wondering if there is a for people with CP? I’ve got Sarah Pawsey I just don’t know how to do you start the question from Amy and me?

ОтветитьI am so glad I watched your video!! I was looking for a stitch, when worked in one color... made a basket weave look. THIS IS PERFECT!!! And SO easy! Thank you so much for all your hard work. (your pups were barking, because,
like all children, they wanted attention from mom. lol)
started a blanket went heck no stuffed it lol added glow in the dark fringe great new pillow now i want to make 4 more lol but i do not like this stitch but it is purty
ОтветитьGreat tutorial! Sometimes I learn something that I should already know, but being self taught, never knew it!

ОтветитьThank you for this pattern. I recalled learning it many, many years ago, but couldn't remember how to start or finish. I was cleaning my craft room and used all my left-overs of baby yarn to make the cutest scrap afghan for a sweet friend who's having a baby boy. She adored it.
ОтветитьAnd I’m silly .. I’ve not seen what size the 2 hooks are
ОтветитьI went to the dollar store and bought 30 skeins of approximately 142 yards per skein in black, white, light grey, dark grey and a plummy pink. I think this is the perfect project for this yarn. Any ideas for a good color order?
ОтветитьWow, so pretty! Thankyou!! 🎉❤
Ответитьbonjour trés beau travail bien expliqué merci et bvo
ОтветитьI love your crochet needles where do you get them and what sizes are they I am very interested
Ответитьwhen I need to make tassels, I only put half of the threads through (so the 4, rather than 8), level the ends together, then tie an overhand knot close to the edge, as I feel it's a narrower knot than the lark's head (pulling 8 ends through the loop in the centre)
you can also catch the loose blanket ends when you're drawing the 8 strands together, rather than having to do another step
is add is telling the truth DJ from the recycling center
ОтветитьVery detailed. Never received time line in projects. Thanks for sharing ❤
ОтветитьLike your pattern but I don't want tassels. How to end rows?
ОтветитьI realize this comment is a repeat of many of the others, but I just have to add my 2 cents. I was browsing through crochet tutorials and found your channel. So glad I did! You are a wonderful teacher! It is so easy to follow your instructions. I subscribed and plan to watch all of yours. Thank you. 😊
ОтветитьSuch a beautiful blanket! I now have about 5 patterns to choose from to make an afghan for my son for Christmas! Decisions, decisions! Lol💚
ОтветитьI was just thinking that maybe your dogs heard a siren or something.
ОтветитьHow would you like to make this crochet blanket? I think it is so beautiful. If you like it, I will buy your yarn! I think it would take a long time to complete it, but I think it would be fun!!
ОтветитьThe way you work your tails in with the tassels is the best idea/hack that I’ve seen in a long time! There’s so many stitches where this would be a great time saver. In fact I’m working on a stitch sampler blanket where some of the stitches I’m using you change colors every row and I was dreading having to weave in all those tails but now I don’t have to so thank you so much for this tip! Take care 💜
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьGreat teaching and explaining in terms understandable!
ОтветитьThis seems easy enough. I will have to try 😊
ОтветитьHas anyone used this for a temperature blanket or would it end up being massive?! It's beautiful. Thank you for the tutorial.
ОтветитьI just discovered you. You’re so much fun. You remind me of Merrill Streep.❤
ОтветитьLink to yarn not working
ОтветитьHi! Thank you for using a needle to clearly show what you are talking about! Beautiful work!
ОтветитьI throughly enjoy watching, listening and learning from you. I really appreciate your teaching style. Please keep up the lessons. I've been crocheting for quite a few years now and really enjoy adding to my stitch Repertoire. Another day NOT wasted as I've learned something new! You make it easy to learn something new 3-4 times a day. So keep up the work. I look forward to learning more.❤
ОтветитьHi, I'm in the process of completing a blanket crocheted with what i think is a modified version of this stitch that I found in an old crochet magazine. First row chain an odd number of ztitches work a double crochet in the first chain, chain one, skip one stitch, repeat until the end of the row; the last 3 stitches are worked as follows: 1double crochet chain 1, skip one stitch, 1 double crochet The fist row will be a net . Row 2: 1 double crochet (I use a chainless method) in the first stitch, one triple crochet middle stich (done like in the video, one double crochet in the next stitch, repeat until all chain one spaces are filled. Row 3: repeat row 1. Row 4: repeat row 2. Alternate rows until you reach your desired length.
ОтветитьI've been knitting and crocheting for 50+ years - and YOU are THE BOMB ! You are a gifted teacher. Thank you for sharing !!! You've inspired me... now off to my stash... :)

ОтветитьThis would make a great scarf! So quick and easy. I could imagine this in black, grey and white for a mans scarf.....
And i brought a small rotary cutter to do trim my tassels. ☺
The yarn colors are so happy
