How do I copy and paste on Google messages ????

I wish when composing text messages it only showed numbers that are identified as "cell" or "mobile"

They need to add customization.

Does anyone know why I can't receive individual replies when I send an mms group message sending Pictures, Gifs, and screenshots? Samsung Messages let's me do this. I don't like when everyone can see each other's replies when commenting on a picture etc. I might use Google Messages if they fix this.

And google collects a mess of your information ! SMS sent/received, contacts etc... private life ? NO !!!

My SMS stopped and to fix that. Uninstall the updates via the Playstore, then simply re-add them again!

I'll avoid Google Message as long as possible. Quick notes to you and the viewers...you are opening yourself and your device to hacking and malware with the default settings. Don't forget to deactivate the "Auto Download MMS" on all networks both cellular and Wi-Fi or you might end up getting a nasty bug. Stay safe.
I don't think iPhones internal msg network will have these issues...however if you don't adjust this setting in Google Messages and you use it on your iPhone...that I cannot say.

But you can't change the font style!!!! Those are some of the reasons why i switched from iPhone to samsung.

Alot don't use RCS chat as they have been using google messages for a long time and don't see a need to switch. Personally i like it and wish it would become mandatory sometime.

Question, I was able to use Routines to set edge lighting for specific texts but I have noticed that using Google messages doesn't seem to work for specific messages. Meaning if I get a message from Jane I want the edge to be red but if I get a message from James I want it to be green. I've only figured out how to get it to be all messages. Pleas help 😊
