Why do you bring this sort of programs where the speaker has almost nothing to say. Except repeating skeletal muscles

Why don’t you talk about bone broth as sufficient protein source? It has so many benefits like 20 grams of protein in a cup and you don’t feel like farting and shitting all day from whey shakes…❤

Compared with poultry and fish, pork products like ham are higher in iron, thiamine, and other B vitamins. Yet, pork may be lower in some nutrients than other red meats, such as beef (5).
Ham also provides all nine essential amino acids, making it a complete protein. Amino acids help build proteins and play critical roles in metabolism, gene expression, and cell communication (6

What’s more, this popular red meat contains decent amounts of phosphorus, zinc, and potassium, which help your body produce energy, fight infections, and maintain heart health .
Furthermore, ham and other meats are a rich dietary source of carnosine, choline, and coenzyme Q10 — compounds that aid energy production and cell messaging throughout your body (13

Rather than 600 push ups…
How about a certain number of push-ups to warm up.
The push-ups with some added weight on your back. This pushes muscles to lift more mass and therefore break down and build back better.
And it. Inductions the mind to expect more and achieve more. Much more efficient use of time and physical effort.
With better gains.

My 40+ g protein breakfast:
-9 tablespoons egg whites (scrambled)
-1 cup beans (black or pinto)
-1 link chicken sausage (trader joe’s jalapeño flavor)
- a couple tablespoons shredded mozzarella
-a couple tablespoons salsa

Very yummy, filling, high fiber, and almost 45 g protein 💪

I have to say this woman is not very knowledgeable about nutrition. Her anecdote about Nazi germany and anti-vegans were just ridiculous. First of all, Hitler was a vegetarian, it’s not likely he would’ve promoted meat eating to his soldiers…it just seems like she’s all over the place and doesn’t even mention that Alzheimer’s is known as the 2nd type of diabetes due to inability of fat metabolism from primarily eating MEAT. All she talks about is processed foods but doesn’t mention how detrimental meat eating is in health. I really suggest that this lady take a course on nutrition despite whatever speciality she specialises in and perhaps read some history books about nutrition during WW2 instead of what I suspect, that she’s getting all her information from TikTok….

I’m struggling big time. I am thin and always have been. I had gall stones and worked 12 hour shifts and wasn’t eating properly or regularly. I was undernourished and stated having dental issues. Now I have no gall bladder and still struggle to eat foods that don’t make me sick. I am also unable to eat most foods due to losing teeth from malnourishment. I want to be lean and healthy and gain at least 20 lbs. I am always tired and stomach always feels bad. Doctor says my digestion will return to normal in time but who knows. It’s very depressing. I was always athletic and used to run 2-4 miles a day. Always fit and healthy until about 4 years ago. Anyone have any suggestions please? I need to gain weight and build muscle.

I’m a nurse and I recently turned 40. I’ve watched too many co workers sacrifice their health and their bodies for their job. I was starting to go down that road myself. At my most unhealthy I was about 40 lbs overweight with very little muscle strength. I’ve finally said I’ve seen enough. I’ve started prioritizing strength training and eating whole foods with my meals centered around protein. In only about six weeks I feel like things are turning around. I wish I would have done it sooner.

My primary interest is in how LITTLE resistance training can I do while still expecting to maintain my current gains…I’m fairly muscular….and I think, being muscular, is an important consideration in the minimal training dosage for maintenance. A small muscle person probably can get away with less.

Listening to mellow podcasts, through the phone, is my big tip for IMPROVING sleep….it distracts your mind from worry or ruminations….economics lectures or other chill topics is the best thing I’ve ever come across for sleep…all night long.
