66 is young. My mom is 89 and she still exercises. You have lots of time girl. See you in Panama soon. It's one of my stops cause I'm not ready too settle down yet. :)

Maggie, I like your spirit. Thanks for sharing your routine with us. Like you I am 66 and know it’s important to keep moving. I do yoga 3 times a week at the Senior Center. Stretching is very important. I do that even before getting out of bed. I also walk at least 3 days a week (one of those days is Saturdays when I walk with my girlfriends.). I also belong to a Community Gospel choir (not religious, but do things that bring me joy.) I volunteer once a week at an after-school program.

I've reached the stage where I want a simplier, easier life in a warm environment. You will see me soon. Loving how you live, what you do and what you share. Thank you!🤩
