How A Golfer Uses A Tattoo to Focus

At the 2023 Masters golf tournament, one of the four biggest pro tournaments in the world, college golfer Sam Bennett, winner of the most prestigious amateur golf tournament, the 2022 US Amateur, finished with one of the best four-round totals ever by an amateur. Bennett, who recently lost his father to Alzheimer’s disease, had the last thing his father told him – “Don’t Wait to Do Something” – tattooed on his forearm, so he sees it daily, including when he golfs. He talked about how he uses it for Motivation – like a P3 Statement – as well as to Focus and get Locked In to every shot – like a Mental Cue.
