🖐Hello im from indonesia😊
It's very lazy ignorant and rude to keep people waiting after you have agreed on a appointed time. I don't care what country your from.
ОтветитьI was raised by my maternal grandparents; my Grandfather was born in Afghanistan and i always appreciated his hospitality and love ❤
ОтветитьSuper helpful, thank you.
ОтветитьI am working with Afghan refugees and time is an issue. Often when I go to pick up someone for an appointment they are not ready, want to stop for me to drink tea while this is very sweet the doctor, school, clinic etc are not working on Afghan time 😀
ОтветитьWow! African Americans are similar to Afghans about time. When we invite other Americans who are not of African decent we often give them a later time to arrive. Written invitations can be confusing, I will typically just verbally connect with a person and explain that a start time for a party will likely be when we begin to cook. 😂 I wonder if we carry this concept of time from our homeland even though we are so many generations deep.
ОтветитьFilipino time is like an Afghan time 😅, and the way on how you serve the guest, we also do that, we serve the best beverages food that we have, and if you suddenly go to the kitchen to get the food without asking the permission to the owner of the house, they will silently judging you 😅😅✌
ОтветитьI'm from St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. We call it Island Time. 🙂
ОтветитьThank you for posting these videos a family from Afghanistan moved in recent near me refugees from the war. I wish I would have known about proper greeting. But I've been watching a lot of videos and know a lot more.
ОтветитьI have some new neighbors down the street who are afghan refugees, and they are by far the sweetest people I've ever met, and the women cook some absolutely AMAZING food. I'm trying so hard to make sure that I'm respectful in their home, and this was quite helpful! Thank you!
ОтветитьTime is an eurocentric obsession imposed on the most other cultures. Afghans aren't the only people who show up "late" to a party. :)
ОтветитьI’m sure the taliban know all about etiquette!🤣
ОтветитьAs Salaam Alaikum 🕎
ОтветитьALL OF YOU ARE WELCOME TO AFGHANISTAN ❤️😘🙏👍🏼you all will ENJOY, Come To KABUL. We will treat you like a KING 💕
ОтветитьThat is exactly how Latin culture is as well :)
ОтветитьI would feel so welcomed in an Afghan household omg
ОтветитьN.Ireland same, it was a shock to be offered tea in england and that was all you got!! My Scottish friend said same. Here we offer drink plus eats. How would a woman in her 70s be able to travel in Afghanistan?
ОтветитьAfghan are Haitians in terms of time . We start everything late 😀
ОтветитьThank you for sharing!
ОтветитьVietnamese timing is similar to Aghan. Thanks for the information. I want to have Afghani friends.
ОтветитьAfganistan cultural traditions are exactly the same as the Kazakh ones))
