So I just found you guys and this song is already my favorite, my mom is still alive but she took off and left 2 years ago, I all the time put on a front and act like I don't care, but in reality, it hurts and I do miss her. But she told me she didn't want me around so I can't do anything about it. This song hits home with every word. You guys are amazing.

My mom is still alive and also in my life, but she tells me almost everyday how she hates me, which is funny since we used to be really close when I was in elementary school. This song is relateable on many levels, because I'm scared of the dark and sleep with a nightlight on, but also because I miss how our relationship used to be.

this one hits close - lost my mom last year very suddenly (august 1st 2021) and my family doesn't talk about it. we all just...buttoned up. it's easier that way but i do want to talk about it. my anxiety has gotten so bad since she's passed and i don't talk about it because i feel selfish. i know i'm not. anyways. i miss you mom.

My best friend showed me this song....i haven't cried this hard a looong while. I haven't veen showing my feelings fir a long time because society expects you to be strong as a man but my best friend (and just our group in general) has showed me that i am allowed to show my emotions. ❤️i feel so weak most days. Lost my mom back in February 2023 after i gave her cpr til the emts got there...then, found out dad had cancer in august and lost him september 2023. Its been so hard this year...and people say they see how strong i am, but i swear i am not. 😢
