Couple Spends 8 Years Living the Van Life & Backpacking Around the World

The amazing story is that they're still together after 8 years and not the nomad part. I'd slip away in a dark alley somewhere in Istanbul never to be seen again if I had to do this only with 1 single other person.

The young invincible lifestyle will come to a crashing reality if they ever need medical care w/o employer provided insurance. And the break even lifestyle means they have little to no savings. Their peers will enjoy a much higher quality of life later in life because of the work and savings they invested in when they were younger.

What you're doing is so fantastic. . You are as old as you think . There is no age that one peaks in physical ability . You peak when you decide , there are pictures of people weightlifting at advanced ages and they are stronger than in their youth !

As someone who has traveled the globe for 56 years, I have found that 98% of all people are decent, it's the 2% you have to watch out for wherever you are. The Canadaneese are no exception.

Great video, 8 years in 5 minutes, very time efficient. I could save a bundle if I limited my total spending to $20 a day, love it! So far I'm just a day hiker. This past weekend I went to Smith Rock, one of the natural wonders of Oregon.

If you’re struggling to hike at 26, the key is to become more active - not less. Start running.

Screw that I will stick to 2400 square feet house. That has multiple showers bedrooms and plenty of room to walk around.
