Her home is the total opposite of mine. I live in Costa del Sol Andalucia, Spain,so I use a lot of colour and I'm also a maximalist. But I must admit that her home and garden are delightful, even though not my style. She is an extremely talented lady. But oh how I wish that you Americans would ALL learn to say " Carrara "( marble) correctly !!! As an Italian it truly gets my goat ( so to speak)when I hear you all pronounce it the way you do.

This home is worthy of Home Worthy. It looks comfortable and not contrived. Too many interiors today are lovely but clones of each other.

So calm

I lived in Tennessee for 7 years and i LOVE LOVE LOVE that accent. I cannot imitate it for the live of me. I had a boss who would call me into her office and she had that accent. I didn't realize I had been chewed out until I left her office and was walking back to my office. LOL

I LOVE the floor to ceiling windows and outdoor glass door, yes! 
My parent's home was a west-coast-mid-century modern.
One of it's features is large windows, a lot of floor to ceiling windows, etc. - the idea is to maximize light and especially effective as a view to nature. Works well on the west coast for that reason.

The style of this home in Nashville has the same benefit - because her large windows allow it, that view of the green everywhere is beautiful, and a lot of natural light - but with a more formal, European treatment on the windows and styling of the interiors.

WoW ! Collected without being cluttered. I love how she is the artist, and her pieces are beautiful as well as her dads turned wood pieces on the piano and thru the home. I also have a love for certain Japanese items. The colored pencil art in the dining room and bed room that her son did are amazing. Very special !💛
