Everytime I see Kickboxing I'm like do I want to do this? Then I remember the last time I did it & how I loved it so obviously had to do this one! It was amazing! Loved the latin vibes, choreography was great & I love it when you mess up, shows us that it's ok to make mistakes & to learn & get better from them. This was a spectacular class Chris, 60 years old & kicking high, punching with vigour, jumping like a bunny & flexible enough to touch my nose down to my knees in the last stretch. Thanks Chris!❤❤

Thank yoU iI always love cardio kickboxing I had long day in Calif. its 2 am and I had to BOX IT OUT l AM NOW AWAKE BUT RELAXED I will sleep good . I am going to try to do live tomorrow but I will do workout as soon as I get up!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU ~~~~calif. Vikki~~~~~

Good afternoon, this is a great workout. Super sweaty burned 392 calories. Love your nails. Your channel is awesome. I did some little impact but I still kept moving. I still broke off in a sweat

Have you seen Jumanji with The Rock, Kevin Hart, etc.? There's a character whose special power is "dance fighting." That's what I felt like I was doing with this workout! The music, the vibes, the moves... I probably looked more like the flailing blow-up man outside the car wash, but in my mind I was graceful and lethal 😝💃🥊

I am 54 and strength training as always been my jam! I am not making sure to do more stretching and flexibility training. I was so sore the night before that I did two of your mobility workouts.. I need to purchase a foam roller. I will now go and do one of your full body stretching workouts. You preach the truth!

Since I can't stand I have been searching for seated cardio and it's awful lol, I can not workout with anyone else. It is so weird to even try! I have been making your workouts my own and I can't wait to beable to do it all! 2 weeks and 2 days the rod comes out! 🎉🎉
