Wished I Bought This On/Off Switch Sooner

Wow that is a great convient idea!

Watching from UK where every socket has a switch. Also I've been using motion sensors and Philips Hue for lighting everywhere, it's so convenient to walk in a room and have lights turn on and off automatically, or control them all in the house with voice assistant.

is so crazy usa dont have switches for their plugs by default

Just curious if there's any vampire energy usage when the switch is off?

Why don't you use a smart outlet instead? I have them and also smart lightbulbs, so I can control them all using Google Assistant.
