fantastic workout man - really nice blend of mobility and practical jiu jitsu movements. I just finished and Im sweating hard but feel quite limber from all the variety (subscribed and liked) - from a canadian bjj blackbelt.

ОтветитьThis was very awesome, I'm recovering from a rib pop (no fracture, probably a cartillage tear), and was looking for workouts to help with rehab, this was very gentle yet very technical and physical- fom a moroccan bjj whitebelt :)
