This is exactly the building/survival game I’ve been looking for for years if only I found this game before I bought Statisfactory and other games like that!😢

Turned the video off. Too much talk too little thought. How many doors should a airlock have? Not much future in any colony you lead.

Looks like an upgrade to Take On Mars.

Found your video from the recommended feed, and or home tab, and I've been waiting to look at this game for a while, and absolutely love the first look of the game. Also it seems to rotate the parts based on where you look, so that workshop if you looked from where your water pump was towards your rover and lander, the electrical area would be on the other side.

When you grind things you place you do get the items back in your inventory.

LOl the blow torch repairs things, Use Left Right Arrows on your keyboard to rotate Buildings or any blue prints.

@GameEdged just to let you know in the Beta you will not be able to obtain the Large crusher or the container for the rover, I asked LukaszP_PyramidGames he was the one that told me about it also, When you unlock the current available Tech Tree one of the unlocks is a Welder , Jackhammer for the rover you cant use the welder without the container you can however use the Jackhammer to mine ores quickly, Especially when you travel during the night when temperature drops significantly. Watch out for ( Dust Devils, Tornado, Meteor Shower, Thunder Storm, DUst Storm. I have encountered all of them apart from the Fire Event. Tornado will drag you about outside your base remain inside when that event spawns.

@GameEdged I have a playlist of this game also if you want to pick something up you can dabble click the left mouse button to pick things up quicker.

are you going to listen to the computer at any time? your rover needs to be recharged, powering the heaters takes a lot of power, recharging the rovers O2 supply, which is wehy it keeps saying external O2, warning you that you are expending it, . when it says pressure drop, it means the air pressure within the rover is dangerously low, thats why you DO NOT leave the rover standing wide open. the external O2 plug is found on the outside, which is logical since you recharge it from the outside.

I've had this game in my wishlist since the prologue was realeased really looking forward to it. Thanks for showing how its been progressing.

Game Edge here is a little help for you buddy, it is definitely confusing at the start of the starter base. The opening tutorial is just crap.

1. You know that you can control low temperature and use the O2 from the rover by powering up the rover when you get in. There is a control panel in the rover or you can start power from the main seat then get up. You also have to make sure your keeping up with your thirst, O2, temp, and hunger.

2. The transformer and the building have breakers on them. You have to make sure those breakers are turn on so power can transmit to the unit or buildings that need power to them. Each building can have multiple circuits and connect to different units, devices, or what not through those circuit breakers

The great thing is when you land on the planet as a tourist, they drop everything you need to get started. When you were building the well you actually already had a well in your rover lol. So you ended up using some of those precious materials.


The only thing that is kinda of shit is the tutorial. IMO, they should have had the tutorial way more intuitive then they currently do. Once I got past all the beginning part of the game and got my starter base built up, I had to keep going to the key binding menu constantly to figure out which keys I needed to use. If they would have told us in the beginning during the building of the starter base everything would have been great.

I definitely love this game and have been waiting for some kind of release for a while. I’ve got the play test as well and love it.

This still looks not much better than the "Occupy Mars Prologue". Doesn't even looks like a game. It looks more like a demo for the top management. So disappointing... I like the idea but the implementation looks really bad.

I tried this a long, long time ago and it just was not worth it.

I had to turn the video off when he didn't know what a polar ice cap was. Also the video game may be in alfa but the board game of the same name is not. The developers should take a moment to play it.

Put the second airlock door on the big room GE....that lets you keep the main room filled with Oxygen without dumping it every time you go outside....

ugh, the food thing....don't make the game unrealistic to try and balance 'survival' by making a person have to eat like a freaking hummingbird...10x it's body weight every day just to keep from starving to death...ffs.
