Gnome Rogues make perfect sense. However, a Gnome DK would be more like a Necromancer.

They'd instead give Female characters the ability to abort or leave new level one players at adoption houses, and force male characters to make payments more suitable to the needs of a level 50 characters without actually getting to see their new lowbie dependent.

If we gonna add realism to wow nobody can even move, think about it in your backpack you carry about 150+ mounts, dragons kodos, rhinors horse, unicorns phoenix how the fuck can you even move with all that weight

realism = everyone wears mail often referred to a chainmail. Swords are simple, not exotic, war hammers/axes are long sticks with tiny heads. "Magic" is an extension of Alchemy which is just weaponized chemistry. Plate armor is so expensive that only King Varian can afford a complete set. Fights are avoided when possible. Quests are odd jobs. Dialog with NPC's is more ambiguous. Player's can tell that asshole whom wants you to pass a note to that commander not 10 feet away, to fuck off. The odd jobs that requires you to kill some big monster, while having a big payout, is also ambiguous in that the killing wasn't necessary, as you could have just asked the big guy to move on. A typical mount can be bought and ridden from level 1. Depending on the mounts species, it's speed may never change.....

A typically crappy dungeon quest is that last one in Ulduar(the dungeon in the Badlands), where you have to kill that giant guardian dude after activating him. Really? There's no updating his software because...reasons? Realism would make a lot of things in WoW just not happen. No undead, no Lich King, no ghosts. The dwarves , the gnomes, and the Goblins all practice a form of steampunk. Technology on that world has stagnated since the first invasion. Weapons and armor would be better just made by a craftsperson, than something mouldering in a cave. Let's keep realism away from WoW.

To make things more realistic, force lowbie gankers to start at level -100. That way they will have to grind pets for 100 levels in order to actually start leveling their character. Oh, and they get 1-shot in pvp.

I like the idea of number 1 although it would cause a lot of trouble in ways which are obvious

They left out player perma-death.

Another bit of realism would be to need all the required papers to use the wind rider from the wind rider master. The papers must be up to date or else you will have to use your mount (requires a licence to actually ride it)

#7: if you die, your character is deleted

Number 7: pooping. From now on the more you eat the more you have to poop. Oh, and you have to get a balanced diet otherwise you'll get diarrhea.
Number 8: players and npcs alike get weaker as they get more damaged, not stronger.
Number 9: the more you run around the more exhausted you get. You can't just keep running all day long.
Number 10: When it's freezing you get cold. When it's a lava lake you burst on fire. Appropriate clothing for appropriate temperatures.
Number 11: No more selling shit to all merchants. Most of them don't want to give you money for scraps.
Number 12: for that matter, no access to all your money on the spot for each purchase. Can you really carry that many gold coins? Do you know how much a gold coin actually weighs?
Number 13: Why does the sun and the moon rise and set exactly at the same place all around the planet? Aren't there some serious violations of astronomical mechanics?
Number 14: All those mobs killed... All those corpses won't just disappear. They need to be buried. (we'll turn the whole planet into a gigantic graveyard in less than a month!)
Number 15: No more global chat. If you want to talk to people you actually have to walk up to them. Either that or Azeroth needs to invent phones and wireless service. (OMG, post-millennials never even knew such world could exist... That you have to... talk to someone... in person...)

Also there should be no levels, shooting arrows shouldf be manual and the arrows should not change their course, manual weapon swinging which in order to be executed the player has to do some buttons combos(4 example left forward right click) and finally casting should be manual too by typing a long magical word (so, the cast haste is determined by your typing speed)
