This is about as good as a visual representation can get in terms of turning negative external issues into internal positive motivation. It very much shows how hope can be an active energising phenomenon, not simply a passive and often helpless emotion.
ОтветитьI am speaking on Customer Centered Culture at the TMRE Conference in Nashville, Tennessee at the end of this month and with your permission I will be playing your video in the early part of my segment. In just a few minutes it explains and sets up the culture requirement for enterprises. Thanks for making this!
ОтветитьVery simple and clear.
ОтветитьThis has had such an impact on me, and I never tire of seeing how rapidly it helps leaders connect with a whole new world of possibility.
ОтветитьI like this, it resonates with me and I think it helps in situations when its too hurtful for people to look closely at the mess they might be in...staff may have been beaten over the head too long and are just plain battle weary. I'm also aware that it could be used by some to deny that their organisational arse is actually on fire and that people (customers, service users) are suffering because of this. It also invalidates discussions which are seen as anything less than aspirational. You may need to put some fires out (or jump off your platform) before you get the visioning pens and crayons out the packet...
ОтветитьPersonal motivations for change - crucial . If you haven't got the people with you , you are not going to get to far .
ОтветитьI would like your permission to play your burning platform video in the early part of my segment. It is exactly what I need to set the scene for a burning platform exercise that we will be undertaking. Would it be possible for me to do this?
ОтветитьStill as relevant as when I saw this in 2010
