“Do you concede to your inner most SELVES…” (not self)-why? Because alcoholics have many alcoholic selves within their character;) ie:husband/wife/friend self, employee/employer self, driver self, home owner/renter self, vacationer self, shopper self, cook self, mr AA self, etc…. All of and each of our characters have to concede;) This could be one of the reasons why we are “an extreme example” . Mark H calls it “Theater of the Lie”.
