Getting a little annoyed with people quoting these prices from back in the day and inflation them. I remember 4 games being higher then normal. FF 6, Crono Trigger, Earthbound, and Phantasy Star 4. I worked at gamestop during the 360 launch. We had a list of talking points to defend the price hike from 50-60$ per game.

Not all the problems surrounding bungie but definitely most of the problems at least from a consumers point of view would be the upper management. Time and time again it’s shown that upper management are…unqualified, or not natural born leaders, to say the least. So let me just put my two cents in on this as someone who almost never watches you guys live and sees the show as a replay while I'm working. Well I'm more listen to the show then actually watch it while I'm working. I work as night janitor. I'm probably never going to see the ads live but if you wanted I would be fine with putting the ads on during a replay if it was like only one ad that lasted from around 5 to 15 seconds. I could put up with those about three in a row I think.

You guys should check out EVO moment 38 from last year, which also was SF3 Third Strike. Japanese dude playing as Hugo parried multiple air kicks by Ken, which have a smaller parry window, followed by using one of the worst moves in the game to avoid a super wake-up to win the losers bracket. Justin Wong was also there, commentating the match.

We worshipped these game developers as rockstars in the late 80's and early 90's. Sadly, this led to those theater kid rejects wanting to be developers, and they grew up to be developers. This wouldn't be bad, but they make absolute crap and feel they need to be congratulated for every pedestrian accomplishment.
