So now having completed all raid content (and all content basically) in swtor is this the hardest boss in the game or is something from tfb harder?

Wouldn't call it the hardest. Dread Guards in TFB NiM pre-nerf was fairly difficult as well. This fight would be on par with Dread Guards pre-nerf and Thrasher NiM.
