Confluence vs Notion - Which is BETTER?

I think you have to tell us which version of Confluence you are using.

What about version control for documentation? Say I've deployed my Salesforce App and I want to onboard a dev and product owner? Is Confluence better for that? Also, with Notion, it seems too easy to inadvertently delete a doc and no be able to 'back-button' it. (Rollback).

What are your thoughts on this?
