ОтветитьI want to be clear that I am not suggesting that you just stop your meds and stop following your providers' recommendations. I used these tools and self-healing in combination with the medical treatment that I was still on before I started weaning off some of my meds. If you have any questions about this, don't hesitate to reach out to your doctor and consult with your own intuition :) This video is simply me sharing what worked for me personally.
ОтветитьThank you so much for always sharing your experiences.. my major problem was lower back pain but with series of exercises I've been able to manage.. now I climb high hill, carry bags of cement, play football and do all other things I used to do before..

ОтветитьI don't know the answers. But I feel that our environment is the biggest cause. Something is contaminating the body. Food, pollution, stress.
If I eat shit food I have worse pain. If I stay away from sugar and wheat and do my morning stretches and an evening workout then I wake up a little bit stiff but have hardly any pain. Obviously I still hurt if I start trying to do things like heavy lifting first thing, but if I take it easy for a few hours after waking up I can even start working almost as normal and I'm a carpenter. And trust me being a carpenter is often heavy work.
I've not taken any meds and I now stay away from ibuprofen because that actually ruins the gut which is apparently a big cause of inflammation. Co codamol is my better option but even then I stay away from that.
I can say the biggest reason I sometimes have bad patches is if I try and eat treats and pretend I can live like everyone else.
Remember folks, you are not alone and we can live a long healthy life still. So stop stressing and getting depressed and do not go on google it will only scare you. The best thing is the doctors still don't know what RA is, which in my opinion means there's still the chance that you can really lower the flare ups naturally.
Ps. Did anyone else get these symptoms after covid? Because I strongly feel that covid caused this. So many people have auto immune disorders since covid.
ОтветитьGood and useful
