as a pve player... this wipe has been terrifying, the scavs just swarm you, if i fire even a single unsuppressed shot on ground zero im pretty much guaranteed to be swarmed by 20 scavs. theyre like bloodhounds now

Yep they definitely are. I was on lighthouse by the road yesterday and 4 just spawned in my face. All automatic weapons... and tarkov'd me....

Killa has been impossible for me to kill this wipe. They really tweaked the AI behavior for most of the scavs too so its been weird

The Ai in this game is pure garbage!

BSG always randomly switching between medium and hard difficulty scavs. If you haven't tried them in practice mode, a hard scav is more like a goon, while a medium scav is what we think when we say scav.

I've been getting shot through that wall in dorms (first door on the left going in 1st floor by ice cream) by AI like crazy this wipe.

I love Tarkov, but I will never understand how any of us play it.

And they are totally cracked.. So many living scavs with bullets in their head..

Scavs should not be able to track you through walls. I have found tons of players just by looking at what scavs are tracking through walls 😂

It's not the scavs I'm having issues with, it's the cheaters. the 30+ KD asswipes I'm getting killed by nearly every raid.

I had a scav shoot my arm and leg off through the “bush hallway” in the middle of Customs. I could only guess where he was and he still killed me when I hobbled to the end🤦🏽‍♂️

1 out of 3 raids I face a couple demon Scavs! Feels like I’m fighting raiders or rogues

Can we talk about detection ranges too? I swear I was down at the bulldozer on the construction at Long Road, and a regular fucking scav at Chalet was shooting at me (and hitting me) from the second storey through the window. I couldn't believe it wasn't Death Knight with how accurate he was.

The problem I’m having with scavs right now, is that they’re tanking multiple head shots and basically just looking at me like I’m an idiot, I don’t know if it’s just severe Desync or something, because when I hit them with thorax shots it’s no issue, it’s literally just head shots, it makes zero sense to me as to why it’s an issue but it’s incredibly irritating

Why does bsg always change the AI so much every wipe? It’s either they change it so that they’re the dumbest things on the planet or Chris Kyle with every gun that can see through bushes.

I was doing unprotected on woods. I spawned in between the scav bunker and the village was walking round the back of container scav bunker 30m from where I spawned when 2 scavs spawned in 30m in front. First toz shot blacked my head managed to kill him the second shot me once broke both my arms and reduced the health of both my legs to less than 10. I ran back towards the bottom of scav container managed to heal. Climbed up towards the containers on the rocks fell into a rock and got stuck in it for a few minutes managed to get out. Heard the second scav coming round under me so I moved over to him managed to kill him with my pistol. Went up to the back of scav container heard a scav in bushes took off my armour pulled out my m700 looked around the container saw the scav in a tree 5m away ads shot him in the head with m80 he turns around shoots me and runs around the container so I moved around see his arm shoot it with m80 again he shoots me in the arm so I move back take a pain killer and move around to find him in the open where I face shoot him again with m80 and he still doesn’t die so I go for his torso and he finally dies. At that moment a silent scav shoots me once in my uninjured chest and I die. When I go out and check the progress on Jaegers unprotected quest it didn’t even register, wtf bsg. I think this is maybe the worst wipe I’ve played since 2018 for sound, bugs and the cheaters. I’ve been lucky and not run into a lot before.
Bit this wipe holy cow Batman multiple deaths to 150hr 20kd accounts that level30-50 and not a single acknowledgment from bsg they’re cheating. This is getting crazy.

Makes me feel better about my experience last weekend. I bought PvE, started playing it, was doing really well and getting average 12 kills per raid, and then out of nowhere it was suddenly a head, throat festival and I was getting 1-tapped within 0.5 seconds of seeing any AI anywhere on any map. I spent the week trying to find info on if BSG screwed something up in PvE mode, couldn't find anything, then played this weekend and first raid in, I got 15 kills. So basically, it's like a dice roll if the AI is insane or normal lol.

Lets just say I am REALLY looking forward to getting an altyn. Rather tired of scav head-eyes. :D

I never ignore a scav anymore they aimbot better than the cheaters do.

i quited this game i have trully escaped tarkov

New armor system made running buckshot very unreliable. It does not pen armor or even damage anything and I never seem to be able to get any head eyes for no reason.

on my second day this wipe, I died like 10 times in a row to scav one taps while trying to get one quest done. After that I got the message and went to bed.

killa with that wallhack + aimbot combo makes me ask myself if i just started a counter strike matchmaking game
