Guys help i got 5 loong beeps what i need to do ? My cpu is good

i have this old 68 dollor cpu that i want to sell and i got it out of a computor that does not work any more and i only have a lap top how do i test out the cpu

my computer doesn't start up as soon as I turn it on. Just a red light on my motherboard. after 5 minutes, the red light indicating "CPU" turns off & then my pc turns on. What should I do???

Honestly I've had/currently having this problem of detecting what is actually causing no post on my PC. And since I dont have any extra components to switch out the culprit components I'm just gonna take it to my local computers expert so they can diagnose for me. Atlest they can swap out every single component to narrow down which part is causing the monitor to have no signal but the PC boots. I don't want to end up buying a new RAM or worse gpu when it could've been as simple as a CMOS reset (which is not the case for me) but i fear my PC is f**cked. Pray for me Bros 😢
