Good for you sir
Ответитьgood job and I was going to make a simple pully and cable and hang it from my carport shed roof. It was not going to be as good as your design. For right now I have been pulling my chicken tractor around the yard two of them everyday. LOL
ОтветитьWell built Bud!! Shouldn't have any problems with that, even the cable noise wasn't bad!! It probably makes it sound like you're working out harder than you really are!!☺
Ответитьmy setup is a lot the same. I used 2 heavy tool box casters I cut groves all the way around with an angle grinder. . 2 inch pipe with a steel plate welded on the bottom for a loading pin.. and a 1 inch easy curl bar as my pull down bar.. also a homemade V shape bar and also a piece of thick rope with a knot tied on each end for tricep extensions.. looks good. people need to see you don't have to spend 5thousand dollars on a home gym. just a little ingenuity :)
Ответитьalmost as good as your dads! I need one of those, I really like the feel of that style of work-out because its not hard on your back at all. most lifting is just horror on my neck and back because of previous injuries. Great work as always Jeff, keep it creative and original and save some cash, why not?
ОтветитьV.interesting. Appreciated for sharing knowledge.
ОтветитьHi where did you get those pulleys st?
Thanks
You can find nice instructions on stodoys if you like to build it
ОтветитьLove the wood look in your workout area. I need portable one not bolted to wall though cause I rent apt
Ответитьnice!
ОтветитьHow tall is the ceiling?
ОтветитьI have a similar build but for the pulleys I use 12" bike wheels off the bikes my kids grew out of. I use a weighted dip belt to hold me down when I go heavier. Nice build sir.. Quarantine brought me here!! 😷
