Do people remember how Texas went against a Supremacy Court ruling? All states should do the same, if the state feels the ruling is unjustified then they have the power to ignore it, all states know Trump and his administration is guilty of hundreds of crimes, the time has come to hold him accountable, now the beast is wounded, get him now before he heals in November, because after November it will be too late.

SCOTUS has been compromised and can no longer be relied on to be impartial fair or unbiased.

The supreme court today is mostly appointed judges by president Bush most recently judges appointed by Trump and Mitch McConnell. McConnell has really destroyed the Supreme Court and also destroyed the Republican Party since Trump. McConnell is the most influential leader of the fascists and anti American movement. Beware, he is dangerous and care for nothing but gaining more power.

America is in a horrible crisis! Leaders must take action! The people need to rise up and protest!

You can add Merrick Garland to the list of enablers. If not for the Jan 6th committee forcing him to take action there would be no special prosecutor or federal charges against Trump and his henchmen. It is Garland's fault we are dealing with this at "the 11th hour." BTW I don't believe Cannon was selected by chance. To use Trump's words "It was rigged."

The founding fathers never considered that there would be widespread corruption in he Supreme Court. If they had, they would have written checks and balances to be able to toss them out. Clearly a simple impeachment will not be enough.

I think that’s somewhat by design no? That the federal government should be the backstop of last resort, not merely the planned destination by forum shopping. No question SCOTUS has returned to its once overtly political state and failed us greatly, but I feel like this is a feature not a bug.

So according to that theory, the state courts should work to expand liberal's ideals, but strip law abiding citizens their Second Amendment Rights as they seek to circumvent the Bruen decision. Rather hypocritical.

This is your system that protects the Constitution and is flawed in its basic designed, members are elected by political appointment for life! one of the basic ideas of this country is the idea of freedom. to many freedom means different things, but to me freedom means exactly this: you as a citizen have the right to live your life in your own way freely as so long as how you live your life causes no harm or hampers the life of others living as freely as you do.
when you see presidents, members of congress, judges, or even local governments taking away the ability of citizens being able to live their own lives freely, is the exact opposite of freedom.

State courts are at least as heavily infested with magats as state legislatures and federal courts. State supreme courts are terribly vulnerable to red governors.
