ОтветитьIn my opinion, if these parameters VO2Max, Lactate threshold and running economy are genetically gifted then persons less gifted are less likely to succeed given similar training programs.

ОтветитьHmmm, I’m 5’4” Mesomorph* female w tiny feet and I run 3miles nonstop at least 3x a week and in the summer I do 7miles nonstop 3-5x a week. I have tiny feet but what I’ve found is either you have the drive to run long distance or you don’t.
