Great video. Can we watch somewhere the module ‘Born to Run-The Science of Human Endurance’?

In my opinion, if these parameters VO2Max, Lactate threshold and running economy are genetically gifted then persons less gifted are less likely to succeed given similar training programs.

The best "running science" video that I have ever watched. The amount of information in less than 15 minutes is crazy. And from what I know, everything seems very accurate.

Watched this technical video when walking 0.62 miles or a full kilometer in 10 and a half minutes and also paid attention to my surroundings.

Hmmm, I’m 5’4” Mesomorph* female w tiny feet and I run 3miles nonstop at least 3x a week and in the summer I do 7miles nonstop 3-5x a week. I have tiny feet but what I’ve found is either you have the drive to run long distance or you don’t.
