I was literally thinking of this this morning; than here you are with this great tutorial
ОтветитьBeautiful!!!
ОтветитьI loved this, had lots of fun doing it !
ОтветитьHi Flo, I’ve been working on it for about 12 months but I am really struggling to increase my ankle mobility. I’m sure it’s the only body component I’ve not strengthened enough to do a full squat. I’d love to see a video on ankle mobility! Thanks for the upload as always ♥️🙏🏽
ОтветитьHey, nice video. Thank you for that. Since You flo are German I would rally be curious to hear you speaking German. Ansonsten hört man dich ja nur, wenn du etwas auf Englisch sagst. Wäre wahrscheinlich total ungewohnt. 😅
Really appreciate your videos. Thank you so much !
Thank you for recomend that exercise ,need it ,was hard ,i gonna repeit it ,thanks
ОтветитьI now have a hole in my mat😂😂. So good, thanks 🙏🙏so much!💜💙💜
ОтветитьLove the backdrop
ОтветитьThis is absolutely amazing and what my feet needed.
ОтветитьHow do you guys feel about using yogatoes?
ОтветитьReally need this since I sprained my toe (foot even turned black and blue) a few months ago in BJJ and it's still not quite back to normal. Thank you as always!
ОтветитьAm I the only one who can’t move the big toe separately from the others ? 😅
ОтветитьI wore high heels for about 25 years.... I got rid of them about 5 years ago. But still this is an area I really have to work on. My toes were screaming and I was not able to control them down starting with the pinky toe. Thank you for the practice, Flo.
ОтветитьFlo the Beast! Look at that good head of hair on you! Blessed indeed! Thank you for this one! My brain was telling my toes to move up down and my toes were saying to each other, “Guys! Get up! Pinky toes wake up! The brain is telling us to do something! After all these years! Let’s gooooooo!” Hahaha! I’m going to keep practicing this one. 🙌🏾
ОтветитьThis video, these exercises, are something that (in my opinion) only people, who have already experienced something “bad” with their feet and tendons on their legs will really really appreciate.
After my last visit to a chiropractor, I felt like someone had raped my legs. 😂😂😂
Anyway, these are exactly the exercises that were recommended to me and I thank the universe for allowing me to find this video and especially your channel. Doing following this video every day since!
Thank you! ❤️🙏
Make a video on yogas to do to get strong sexual performance and cure ed
ОтветитьWow who would have thought working the feet could be so intense. Namaste Flo.
ОтветитьI love this practice. Thank you ! Im with you for 160 days in a row!
ОтветитьI can't move my toe separately from other fingers
ОтветитьNew hair looks nice
ОтветитьHi Flo, I did this video the other day & boy is it a tough one for me 😁 I have hereditary Bunions that are worse on my left foot (unable to spread my toes and my big toe is bent way over to the left) so sitting back on my toes and toe mobility is really hard for me. I wear barefoot shoes every day and this has improved things greatly but I wondered if you had any tips/ideas as to how I could do these exercises more effectively / make it more accessible if you have bunions? Also had you considered doing a class of Yoga for people with Bunions as nobody seems to target this issue. Sorry for the gross personal details 🤭 I love your work. Namaste 🧘♀️😘
ОтветитьAMAZING 🤩 thank you. This gave me a jolt of energy like a shot of espresso without the heart murmur!
ОтветитьThanks Flo, this and your ankle mobility video were really helpful. Been meaning to do them for a while and i finally got round to it! thank you!
ОтветитьPlease make your subtitles background free... It takes too much space
ОтветитьSomething I didn't know I needed! 😂
ОтветитьAmazing! Thanks so much!
ОтветитьWas having foot pain from upping my mileage training harder. Definitely gonna start doing some barefoot running, this relieved my foot pain and also showed me that I definitely need to work on my toe mobility way more often.
ОтветитьSince you uploaded this video, I'm doing this routine every week and I noticed so many benefits and changing in my feet.
Thank you for your amazing work! 🙏
I can't even get into the first exercise 0.o my knees can't even get close to the ground without my toes leaving the ground... any suggestions?
ОтветитьWhen you expect something chill from mobility but then you get the hardest exercises
ОтветитьI can hardly sit on my toes. Is it ok to put a block under my knees?
ОтветитьThanks for helping my jumps bruh 🤘🏼
ОтветитьMy toes are fine. It’s my tibialis that’s killing me.
ОтветитьStop counting like that dude
ОтветитьFlo and bri r legends
ОтветитьI cant lift my big toes without the other ones lifting
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьI can't even do the preperation exercise xD
ОтветитьI do this one every week! It helps me easy the pain I feel due to my flat feet. Thank you!
ОтветитьCan I use my yoga block as a support while doing this?
ОтветитьHurts so good!! I keep coming back to this. Thank you!
ОтветитьThanks Flo for a very different and exciting exercise! When I first started practicing yoga, I soon realized the value of healthy feet :-) but also how strengthening my feet and toes helped me improve my balance. Therefore I was a little surprised that you didn't mention this benefit in the video? Don't you share this experience of "better toes=better balance"?
ОтветитьAfter 2 years of walking barefoot, I thought this would be an easy one. But hé what a struggle it is for me to move them separately 😄 I will add this one to my daily routine, see what happens. Thanks for sharing this. I love using the calendar because I see more different videos from you guys. Love this channel very much! Love from the Netherlands.
ОтветитьThis was super intense! Dping this to try and support rehab and strengthening of my achilles and ankles. This was pretty tough and I modified at times, but I'm also impressed by how accessible the movements can be and how challenging at the same time.
Thanks Flow!
I've just find youuuu... And felt in love with your style of practice
Ответить3/9/23 It was intense 😮. I had to put my hands on thr the floor for support 😹
