My depression has really been kicking me around pretty hard lately. During these videos I feel calm. It's so peaceful. I've battled drug addiction before I was 20 but I beat it Aug 2022. I'm about to be 35, Ive been having a hard time lately though and it's just hard to explain and not having anyone to talk to has been so hard. Ever since I decided to change my life I have had no friends, nobody to talk to. I feel invisible. When I listen to this though it makes me feel better so thank you so much friend.

I was so tired the past few days and I couldn’t go to sleep last night. I turned on this music and my morning is totally different. I woke up early without any anxiety. I feel so nice and comfortable. Even though I sleep less than yesterday, I’m full of good energy. Crystal sound healing works very well for me. If you want no fear, try this write the phrase "no fear" on a piece of paper and cut it out and place it over your left nipple with double sided tape, this where you feel everything outside your body from within your heart. Just don't wear it while sleeping. This is from god, because fear is jealousy, pain and is the opposite to what is good.
