I am suffering from mucus in my throat all the time all day every day already many years and I tried everything and I've been to doctors a lot and nothing helps :(

I’m battling with this since June 2023 after I had Covid, is really frustrating and depressing, I constantly clear my throat to get rid of thick mucus stuck at the back of my throat, I have tried so many things but no avail, even the ENT suggested I should visit gastroenterologist, it could be a reflux, I had to raise my 6inch higher, hoping to see GI doctor soon, I so much hate this

Im having a bad cough and have to clear my throat every single time. Every time doctor gives me cough syrup and antibiotics but this is also not helping. Not sure what is causing.

Hang on. Not from a symptomatic deviated septum? If you have suffer a facial trauma, couldn't the functioning be off resulting in this condition?

7 years of 24/7 post nasal drip now, why has no doctor come up with an actual mucus inhibitor yet? That person would make millions upon millions for a product like that, we can do heart transplants but we cant make a product that blocks 70% of the mucus.. I don’t believe it

For anyone suffering with this I really recommend cutting out dairy and gluten and finding replacements for them if you can't live without those foods, because after a few days of not eating any yogurt, cheese, butter, bread that has gluten (and other lactose containing foods), I noticed that my mucus amount lowered quite noticably, so that I didn't have to clear my throat once in a while. (But it's not possible to not have any mucus at all so don't expect to be fully free from it if you do this)

Though what I also did was increase my water intake to about 2 litres of water or more if I felt like I wanted to drink, because previously I didn't drink water for a while even if my mouth felt a bit dry.

I have the same problem since 2013. I remember it began when i had influenca and since then I have been at many doctors, not only ENTs. But no doctor could help me. Then in 2015 i had nose surgery, where they corrected my septum and reduced the turbinates. It lasted maybe for a week and since then i have the same problem. I was very disappointed from the doctors and i tried to heal myself by changing my diet, taking supplements etc. but still i have this problem. In 2 weeks i have an appointment at another ENT and i hope this time the doctor can help me. And now i have depression and have problems talking and a strange voice because my nose is permanently blocked.

I went to the Doctor 3 times, and each Doctor told me that i have sinusitis.. they gave me same medicine, because same diagnosis, ii have cetirizine, nasal spray, and antibiotic, the problem after i finished medicines, it came back and triggers whenever im ironing, my work is in the house of employer, all clothes i iron is huge amount, 35 luggages of clothes, this is why i decided to go home and rest. I cannot work well due to sinusitis.😢😢

I have had this for 40 yrs, had sinus surgery, tried all of the so called remedies and even the sinus rinse. I workout regularly and try to run for cardio but it’s horrible, always hacking and looking for a place to spit the crap out. It’s horrible, disgusting, depressing and really drags a person down, but I won’t stop exercising because it will probably get worse. Millions of people have this issue and the medical field can’t figure it out! If someone could come up with a cure, they would be rich!

My bf had a dog and it give me allergies like this for 2 years and then I couldn’t take it anymore so my bf gave the dog to a new home and all is well 😅
