ОтветитьI thought borsht was supposed to be cold
Ответитьlentils, what a great idea!
ОтветитьWhy cut so much off the ends of carrots. Hope you used it still. And yes, beets help open up your blood vessels helping oxygen get to where it needs easier because of nitrates. I would often have beet strawberry smoothies before bike rides, and feel like I was easily climbing mountains.
ОтветитьBest russian dish ❤, I love soups😍😍
Ответитьdont be a wuss, lov! add some yummy BEEF! Lets Goooo ;) jejeje
ОтветитьHere in Poland there is no borscht without fermented beets/beet leaven. You can drink it on it's own and it's very healthy. I made it once, I was so proud of myself and since autumn rolled around I plan on doing it again.
ОтветитьI grew up on borsht and cabbage . Thank you for sharing your version of quicker cooking.❤
ОтветитьI would have never thought to put lentils in borscht for protein. Thank you!
ОтветитьThats not borszcz...ahahahhahahahah
ОтветитьVery interesting. Healthy ingredients. I’m sure it all tastes delicious together. GOD bless you for sharing such inspired and encouraging healthy cooking. This is a gift and an art-all glory be to GOD❤️I really enjoy your page, beautiful lady.
I wanted to share GOD’s GOOD News with you. Whoever is reading this, God’s Holy Spirit is drawing you to your God. If you are not believers, I pray that one day very soon “today is the day for Salvation,” you and your family will come to the way, the Truth, and the Life of JESUS Christ of Nazareth. He is the One and only true living God. I pray that you will choose to become born again spiritually. Becoming born again is REPENTANCE of sin’s and asking God to help us to turn away from anything that is a sin in His Holy Words, choosing to become baptized in Jesus name-water full immersion for the remission of your sin’s, and receiving the gift of God’s Holy Spirit which is evidenced through the gift of new tongues-a praying language. PlEASE read the Holy Bible that has 66 books and you can also listen to it on the YouVersion App in many languages. JESUS loves you with a Perfect & Holy love. JESUS is coming very soon🙌🏽♥️🙏🏽 I hope you choose to accept Him into your life if you have not already. Take care
This reminds me of cranberry sauce we add to thanksgiving dinner.. looks healthy 👍
ОтветитьBeets from some are a diuretic. Enjoy but be careful 🎉
ОтветитьThere is a Ukrainian restaurant in NYC that serves veggie borscht in the winter. One of the most delicious things I've ever had!
ОтветитьHow does nickel sensitivity work with all of this? I started eating healthier and my blood sugar and blood pressure became erratic?
ОтветитьThat's not borshch really. Lemon and lentils would make it taste totally different and far from authentic. Please please look up a true borsh recipe. You can add white beans if you want that extra protein
ОтветитьWhat protein did you add? My mom used to make it with beef
ОтветитьBrisket.
ОтветитьEat beets with caution
High in oxalates
I have a tendency to get kidney stones :/ so I'm forbidden to eat beets
Ответитьmy grandma adds tomatoes, cabbage, and potatoes too :)
ОтветитьI’m from Ukraine and my family always cooked vegan borscht: it MUST include white shredded cabbage, potato and tomato, onions to the vegetables above plus spices (whole allspice whole coriander seeds , also big white beans could be added; this recipe looks more like svekolnyk (beet soup). In authentic borscht beets should be sautéd first separately on a small amount of oil
ОтветитьA freaking favorite
ОтветитьThat will make a nice veggies burger
ОтветитьI will try .ty 😊
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ответить♥️👏
ОтветитьUgh sounds SO DELICIOUS!!!
ОтветитьAdd nutritional yeast as well!
ОтветитьI wish your reels coulds be saved
ОтветитьThis is not how you cook borsch😅
ОтветитьMmm, always wanted to try Borscht! I eat a lot of fine chopped raw beets in salads. Adds sweetness & crunch.
Ответитьcan Please provide ingrient in comment box. I am english as second language student the instruction is very hard to follow. please forgive any mistake.
ОтветитьI wish I liked the taste of beets because this dish looked so pretty.
ОтветитьIove this ❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьI've never borscht with such chunky beets. Only had it prepared by a Russian. It was very good.
ОтветитьYou are an absolute GIFT ❤
ОтветитьI'm not been wanting a recipe to use. Beets. They're so bitter.
It's difficult to eat them, but I know that they are really good for you. Thanks
Oooooooh!! My Russian Ahkenazi roots thank you!
ОтветитьThanks so very much ❣️
ОтветитьNew subscriber.. I love beets & cabbage, as well as any kind of beans. Tho had to back off of all because of high Oxalates.
Now, my diet is so limited w/ Stage 4 in 3 areas of my body.
I'm seeing some ty recipes I can use. Blessings
I’ve subscribed. Provided my email. Only to find that I can’t copy and paste from Cooking with Peanuts site so I can keep the recipes digitally. If I have to type out each recipe I’m interested in it’s really not worth my time. Very frustrating
Thanks anyway! Unsubscribing now.
I love beets! the only downside is that they're so high in oxalates, meaning for those with kidney disease or kidney stones, they're one of the few foods recommended to be cut out, along with spinach, almonds, etc.. Love the recipe!
ОтветитьFantastic :) Beautiful skin and hair.
