I have Diastasis Recti and am slowly working on correcting that. Are these exercises acceptable to help with that or would you recommend something different.
ОтветитьLove this! Kinda answered my previous question on your other video. Will memorize this and do this 4-5x a week.. Hope that would not bee too little? Been doing standing abs workout for few months now 6x a week but I hurt my back yesterday. Probably wrong posture and breathing and too long.. Thank you for this! 💜✌️, HAPPY NEW YEAR
