The underlying details that many don't know or forget is God wanted to show Enoch all the layers/firmaments of heaven. Including where he sits, which is a major part of how we know to a small degree what God looks like. As Enoch describes him as simultaneously being the most beautiful and the most terrifying sight he ever saw. This is the same man who saw where the fathers of the Nephilim/demons are, hearing and seeing them bound and in fear of every passing moment, as they grow closer to the judgement of Yahweh.
