what I do so I don't pass out is; breathe out when pushing, breathe in when pulling/coming down.

will this work for bench press? reps from 6-12? I usually hold my breathe and exhale a bit after every rep, sometimes i do breathe in a bit after some reps aswell..does it matter how much you breathe in though? i don't really take a big breathe in after every rep as i would imagine it taking a lot of time

No the opposite is true. We hold the bb behind neck. Breathe in and squezee scapula together (back and down). Trapezius, neck, shoulders, lower back, butt activated. We get our LUNGS (not stomach) full of air, blood receives a fresh flow of oxygen, and a lot of energy straight away. Then on squating down we breath out and we continue to breath out very deliberately and I would say forcefully on the way up, no stopping at the bottom. Then the next set of deadlifts will be a child's play

My family laughed when I told them I was going to lose fat with Atomic Fat Loss, but then they saw the results. Do a search on google for Atomic Fat Loss to see their reaction.

It would be a shame for you not to build strength when other normal people are able to build muscle so easily with "MegaMAX Muscle Maker" (Google it).

Wow. Superb movie. My cousin was once flabby. He changed his body from 290lbs of fat into 219lbs of absolute lean muscle mass. His buddies were shocked. I just signed up myself because I wanna beef up. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Search on Google)...

Not sure if this is a dumb question, but I have allergic and exercise-induced asthma and trouble holding my breath for that long. I know it's a matter of practice and training, but I'm not sure how to breathe until my lungs are finally trained enough or how to efficiently train them? I tend to get a shortage of breath and I have a general fear of suffocating haha
I appreciate any suggestions :) Thanks!

Thank you for the advice. I've been using several of the techniques for almost a week now from more than one of your videos. Today is only a week later and I was just able to add 50 more pounds on squats and benching this morning. And the supplements I started taking might be helping as well. Been really sore, but can feel myself gaining strength. Thank you again for the ideas.

But ... firstly, there are a lot of hernias from compressed breathing or Valsava. And that requires an operation with a long break.
Secondly, there are many hemorrhoids due to Valsava. But nobody talks about it ....
I know a lot of doctors with such patients.
