I rolled 24 dice in Space Station Pheonix, and I only got two food. This is despite it being on 2 of the 6 spaces. If you are rolling dice, you have unpredictability.

Cannot agree more with the first pick. By now, I’ve played Imperial Steam so many times, and it introduced me to Alexander Huemer’s style. Very tight and precise decision making.

I’ve also played the previous game of Huemer “Lignum 2nd Edition”, which is less elegant but still painfully fun, requiring almost the same levels of precise and cautious planning.

You need more to select more diverse games and less eurogames.

I'm surprised by how much Quinn doesn't like ketchup.

I also want to remark that I live in southern austrian and am born in one of the cities on the map of Imperial steam. A friend of mine desperately wants to play it as well, partially for the reason that it is set in our home region.
