cool video but I have found rotorooter to be about as useless as a poopy flavored lolly pop. I called them to clear my main line once. They had 3 guys come out trying to snake the pipe over a 6 hour period. The line was still clogged when they left around 10:00pm. I was told the line had partially broken and it was going to be 4k to fix it. I rented a snake machine from HD and pipes were flowing after about 30 minutes. Everything is still fine one year later. First time I had ever used a snake mind you. Sister in law had a sink that was not draining and called roto-rooter. They said the line was clogged and it was going to be several hundred bucks for them to clear it. She asked me to look at it and give my opinion. She said the sink fills up when she runs the dish washer. I asked her if both sides of the sink fill up or just the one. she said just one side. I asked if the side that doesn't fill up drains fine when the sink is turned on. She says it drains fine. I asked her if the disposal worked, she said no it doesn't turn on. Basic common sense says if both sides are hooked to the same pipe and only one doesn't drain its probably not the pipe. I replaced the disposal for her and everything was fine. Moral of the story if you call roto rooter your wallet is going to hurt and they will probably waste your time.

Hi we have a septic tank. Some bad people infiltrated with a cleaning lady and flushed jewelry down our toilet. This was a few years ago, we were busy with so much. Guessing it would be in the septic tank. Caught in a P trap or clean out would be best but not likely if toilet was flished many times after? Any ideas?
