It's so uncomfortable to wear ..part of one side catches on my tongue.... can I remould..also the mouthguard opens so its hard to keep together.
What am i doing wrong ?.

Followed instructions 100% accurately but the bottom part did no stay on at all-absolutely useless. It is not conducive to closing your mouth either.

What were the screws supposed to be for

Is it supposed to hold
Your mouth open when worn ?

Makes me want to gag!
