The Difference between 360 and VR Videos

So much to learn with this technology. I thought they were one in the same, thanks for the clarification.

So VR videos is just like adding 3D support to legacy videos but with 360 degrees. Is'nt it?

Is VR video and "Spatial video" the same thing? Are they both the same as 6 degrees of freedom video?

So 360 video is a video I can LOOK around in, but VR is a video I can MOVE around in?
