You know, you could do a retake and try to say icbm right one time seeing as thats the subject.

That is frightening!! These ICMB rockets are very expensive, tens of millions or more, and it makes no sense at all to use something like that to blow up an apartment building or a factory.

These are rockets which make only sense when they carry nuclear warheads, which can destroy complete cities or make military operation in a bid area impossible.

When Russia uses such a system against simple civilian targets, this is either a sign of total desperation or a clear thread that they will use nuclear bombs.

I don't know what attack happened based on your description. You said Russia launched an ICBM from a certain region. Then you name two specific types of weapon air-launched ballistic missile and cruise missiles. Neither of these weapons are icbms they simply are not. So I don't know if those are the only weapons used in this attack or if they were in addition to a single ICBM launched by Russia. Let's see an ICBM was used. That means Russia used a missile that cost 20 times as much to deliver the same Warhead if the missiles have been using for 3 years. It pretty much indicates Russia is running out of missile so they have to use the real expensive ones the real real expensive ones. You are out of your lane on this one professor.

It wasn't an ICBM, it was an intermediate range, hypersonic missile armed with multiple conventional munitions, of a new design. It took out a missile manufacturing facility that very likely had many US and British contractors, or active duty military present. Now in the past tense.
