ОтветитьHave you tried using cronometer to log your nutrition? I find the free version is better than MFP and if you choose to upgrade to the paid version, its cheaper too.

ОтветитьI used to use My Fitness Pal and I discovered Nutritionix and it's totally free....goals and all. There may be a few items that you have to make sure macros are right but I love it

ОтветитьI started using MacrosFirst instead of MyFitnessPal. They have all the same features for free. I can scan barcodes and put exact measurements. I would definitely recommend

ОтветитьI just loved this video so much. I am on a similar journey with you and recently started back tracking my food with the same app. This video was so helpful! It’s so refreshing to see someone not being SUPER strict and restricting themselves to no end with food. I also feel like you weren’t driving yourself crazy with tracking EVERY single little thing which can also be trying on your mental. Just a real person eating real food. Thank you Kesha!
