It's really not about "more OC" per can.....it's about a more efficient Propellant charge. Cheap brands run out because the propellant charge is Weak....not really because it runs out of OC. That's the ONLY reason why pepper spray has an expiration date...NOT the pepper spray....but the propellant leaks out over time.
