Weird opinion but, i dont hate any touhou character, neither can i love them in depth. I mean, most characters usually star in one game as a main antagonist revolving around a certain incident in their respect. There are funny recurring characters like cirno but ultimately every character just has a few lines of dialogue, there really isn’t much to go about. Thats why i cant bring myself to really care enough to hate a character. Honestly, the biggest part of touhou is the fandom and the music probably, which in turn boosts character appreciation. Otherwise, who bothers.

Fun trivial fact: Sanae had a significant gradual increase in her bust-size along the years.
Look-it up, it's real shit.
In Touhou 10 her breasts are clearly small, but in all recent Touhou games she is beeg, why we don't see any pad jokes about this? Cuz the entire fandom agreed she has big boobs very early on, it's probably a case of fanon blending into canon, or maybe the intention was always there and ZUN just sucked at drawing boobs back then.
