One thing that I've always wanted to see is someone swap a J32A2 with a six speed manual into a NC Miata and boost it. I know that Alex from Car Throttle built Phil with a Jag V6 and it's sick, but it's not boosted and it's not a drag race monster.

The ECT sensor plug on a B series harness is the same as the IACV and the AIT sensor. It's a round two pin plug.

In needs to speed sensor in order for the vtec to turn on

Some turbos need an oil inlet flow restrictor or they will blow oil out of the seal. That could by why your turbo is smoking.
