i wanna ask that i deleted the server but i have the backup of the server so is there any way of getting the world back?

Aternos I really need help. I on accident deleted a minecraft world that me and my cousin have worked on for years and we love it so much because i thought i was on my second aternos account and i thought i was deleting a server i didnt care about but i was on my good account and im so mad at myself D:

is there any way to get that world back?? ik its a stupid question probably an obvious no but my cousin is so upset and i was really just hoping there was a chance i could fix this
