The VIZ dub is the reason people just prefer to watch in Japanese. We don't want to hear poor impressions of the Japanese, that doesn't work over here.Just imagine if Dragon Ball did that. Despite how different and clumsy the original two English dubs are, at least their actors better suit the characters in English. Kinda tired of weeb acting in anime. It was much better people who sounded unique were casted and didn't have to attempt to voice match the Japanese too much. Casting based on looks and personality is far better.
