It even has an undo button, something a $2k DAW box doesn't have 😂
ОтветитьBuilding one of these currently. mine looks like a piano thanks to a 3d printer. So much fun to build, i got to reacquaint myself with soldering again, have some more fun coding, it is so much fun to build and learn and will definitely support its growth!!
ОтветитьThat’s a nice mini screen with sequencer in it
Ответитьdid you lubed the switches?
ОтветитьDid you get any help or did the project die?
ОтветитьHow do I get one of these?
ОтветитьDoes anyone know where the less crafty of us can buy a LMN-3 that’s already been completed?
ОтветитьI really needed to see this. Ty for making it dude.
Ответитьthis is what ultimately every maker dreams of making. topped OP1 a miles away, definitelty checking the repo!! <3
Ответитьi cant get my board to respond to any of the buttons, any advice sir?
ОтветитьIs the source from your GitHub a clean plain build without any sound making things? What is it exactly? Is it a transport with a simple gui?
ОтветитьHey man,
Are you actively working on this in anyway? I haven't seen commit activity in long time. I'd like to contribute to the project, I can contribute with PCB, FW, etc. I'd like to get in contact with you!
Best,
I just found this and it seems like a good alternative to the OP-1, as well as an opportunity to learn a few things.
Is this project still alive? And how much would you estimate the project to cost? Ballpark figure would be fine.
I’m wondering if the case can be 3D printed rather than cut out of material using a CNC? Great build! Definitely want to build myself one soon.
ОтветитьThe Poor mans OP-1
ОтветитьThis looks great! Any way to put the software on say, an X86 CPU laptop instead of an ARM RPi? It would be cool to put this on an old laptop with an Akai pad. Thanks!
ОтветитьI want one soooooo bad!!!
ОтветитьDamn. Really wanted this to pop off and become bigger. I wonder if somewhere the community is still active, but it looks like a ghost town rn on the github.
Ответитьi can literally hear the lag between when the button is pressed [CLACK!] and when i heard the sound [boosh!]...
Ответитьwhy the heck are the plus and minus keys in the order they are? typically, in may disciplines, plus represents higher or more or additional, and minus means less or lower or fewer... and our alphabet, numbers, books, etc go from left to right... why on earth break convention?
ОтветитьIf this were a pure MIDI controller, I'd be all in.
ОтветитьGreat stuff!
ОтветитьA true work of art!
ОтветитьThis is really impressive. Will look at building one of these, but maybe replacing the note buttons with a mini piano-style keyboard. It'll be slightly bigger, but still portable.
ОтветитьIt's pretty cool. I think I'd like to build one. If there were something interesting that could be done with 3 more keys they could go in the empty spaces above B-C and E-F.
ОтветитьLib? Can it use GEN JSON RNBO or Lib
ОтветитьJust dropping a comment to say I love this~
ОтветитьCan you just build it for me and I buy it?
ОтветитьWas there a LMN 1 & 2?
ОтветитьWahouuuu !!! Work ... Work ... !!!
ОтветитьA video has a teenage engineering tone. Isit me?
Ответитьgreat video, thanks
Ответитьthis is ralated to the OTTO project?
Ответитьthis is so dead, and looking at the code it was made for demo purpsoes only..? there isn't much different functionality than showed
ОтветитьAwesome project! Thank you for share it!
ОтветитьAMAZING!
Ответитьcool stuff
ОтветитьLove it! I’m definitely going to be building one of these in the new year
ОтветитьI don't understand why the teensy 4.1 AND a raspberry Pi when one OR the other have enough power to process all that features by itself.
ОтветитьThanks fro all of the hard work and inspiring outcome! Based on this and Mr Steinberg’s video I bit the bullet and i’m pretty close to getting it working i’m sure but having a few problems on the Pi side of things. I’m so excited to be this close!
ОтветитьI hate metronomes' in these videos
ОтветитьSomething made it onto my build list. Might take up some priority, as well. Great work here
Ответитьoh thats cool, makes me want to make my own kind of thing like this. It would be a fun project to learn how to make music
ОтветитьThats a beautiful project you got there! I subbed, wanna know more about this. Very smart works keep going!!
ОтветитьSlap a Teenage Engineering logo on it and sell it for $2000. Those companies won't be able to get away with it forever. Open source rules!!
ОтветитьMr. You help my with my project? : ) I have idea 100% with hardware and concept total software : ) not mobile Workstation but something fine.
ОтветитьWow... This is exactly what i was looking for. Been aquiring parts for a norns shield XL, and i think i just found my next project!
ОтветитьHey mann I would love to join you on this project and help design sounds, samples, a preset kits for it! Is that somethng you would be intrested in?
ОтветитьHoly cow, this is absolutely incredible! Amazing.
