You don’t save it. As far as exhaust fasteners go, either cut/melt and then redrill. For more important fasteners, lots of heat, PB, vice grips, and swearing.

ОтветитьSpray some penetrate fluid to get started then Wire brush it off with a metal brush quickly as best you can heat that biiicchh.. up and hit it with the crayon wax and unfasten them. If it’s real bad don’t waste time cut it up and replace the hardware
ОтветитьCut and replace. I live in the salt belt. You either leave it alone or you completely replace it. The metal underneath could probably be saved shined up and reused. But those bolts are garbage

ОтветитьI'm not saying it was good but it helped me 😅 I cut the nut off and drill a hole for a bolt and just bolt and nut the new one on 😂 new crush gasket and no leaks 😂😂
